Krzysztof (Kris) Lipinski

Principal and Quality Systems Manager

Kris arrived from Poland in 1987 for a vacation and decided to stay in the US, starting at STMC a year later in 1988. Kris studied Philosophy while in Poland. He has been involved with the quality function within a few months of his hire, holding increasing levels of responsibility prior to his current position as Quality Systems Manager. Kris is an ASQ Certified Quality Engineer, has a Six Sigma Black Belt certification from Central Connecticut State University, and is our ISO Quality Systems Representative. Kris is passionate about using his Six Sigma training to continually identify projects to improve quality and reduce costs in all aspects of the business. Kris’ goal is to provide a positive environment for our associates and have fun doing it.
